The technological innovation of our Ice Makers is a MUST for us.

In order to satisfy an increasingly demanding market, we constantly invest in research of new materials, new technologies, tests and ongoing controls of our ice makers to improve the performances and reduce the energy and water consumption. The manufacturing process of all ice makers is carefully monitored: each machine is subject to a final test in full compliance of the NTF’s quality standards. Thanks to a computerised system that records data, each ice maker has an ID card where are recorded the components installed on each ice maker. NTF has recently installed a new climatic room which allows to test all ice makers at any temperature and humidity conditions, even more strict than the applicable standards today in force. This ultra modern laboratory is for NTF a new instrument able to ensure important technological advantages in the research and development of its ice makers.

To respect and protect the environment are our primary mission.
All our ice makers are designed with a particular “eco-friendly” attention:

• almost 90% in weight of our units is fully recyclable and recoverable
• the materials used are in compliance with the FDA regulations (Food & Drug Administration)
• our storage BIN are without expanding agents harmful to the environment.

FOUNDING PRINCIPLES THE CODE OF ETHICS

In line with the principles that characterize the spirit of N.T. F., same has adepte a Code of Ethics, which indicates the general principles and guidelines the Company recognizes of positive ethical value.
Below  are identified the principles and values that inspired N.T. F. in adopting the current Code of Ethics.

N.T. F. recognizes the fundamental importance to preserve and  protect the environment and ambient wealth, undertaking to safeguard it  and to contribute to sustainable development of the territory, through the use of best technologies available on the market and the constant monitoring of business processes, as well as  to the identification of industrial solutions of lower environmental impact.

Human resources are recognized as fundamental and indispensable factor for the development of N.T. F. which protects the growth and professional development in order to increase the wealth of owned skills, with particular regards to the moral and physical integrity of the staff.

N.T. F. pursues with the utmost commitment the goal to ensure the health and safety at work, carefully taking all appropriate measures to avoid risks related to the conduct of its business activities and for an adequate assessment of the risks involved, with the aim of directly crossing them at source and to ensure their removal or, where not possible, to manage them.

N.T. F. recognizes the need to protect individual liberty in all its forms and rejects all manifestations of violence, especially if aimed at limiting personal freedom, promoting the sharing of the same principles with the addressees of the Model and the Code of Ethics.

The addressees of the Model and of Code of  Ethics must properly act in order to avoid conflicts of interest, meaning all those situations in which the pursuit of own interest should be in conflict with the interests and the “mission” of the Company and may affect in any way the implementation of the principles and values on which the Company is based.
